Hair colors such as white, gray, red, or very light blonde do not contain sufficient pigment for laser detection and cannot be effectively treated with any laser system.

Refunds are available only on full-priced packages (discounted or promotional packages are non-refundable). Packages must be paid in full prior to or at the first treatment.

Refund structure is as follows:: 75% refund after first visit, 50% after second visit, 25% after third, No refund following the fourth visit.
